After experiencing a problem with my phone, I first received a very clear and helpful explanation over the phone regarding the possible cause of the malfunction. The in-store inspection was then carried out by highly competent, welcoming, and friendly staff. The necessary parts were ordered, the quote and estimated timeframe were perfectly respected, and the repair was completed on schedule. To date, I am completely satisfied with the quality of service and this initial contact.

A few days ago I went to this store to get some information and the staff (a short man with glasses who seemed to speak Italian) was super friendly. He gave me clear and precise explanations about the devices for sale; even though I don't know anything about these things, I understood everything! I'll definitely be back 😉!
